Exchange policy

1. Requirments

•Item purchased from ankersingapore.com ONLY;

•Item is completely unused;

•Item with no missing contents (including freebies if avail);

•Item with its complete packaging;

•Item in its perfect condition; and

•Within 7 Days starting from the date of purchase.

2. Terms and conditions for using our Exchange Policy

•Only a one-time exchange is allowed;

•The customer is required to top up the price difference if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item;

•There is no refund if the replacement item is of a lower value than the original item; and

•Return for exchange shipping fee is at the buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

Please note that return for a refund will NOT be accepted.
